Location: Glasgow

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (Depending on Experience)

Hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, Friday 9am - 4pm

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to join a thriving team with strong growth plans for 2025? We are recruiting for a well-established, successful finance company based in Glasgow who are looking to expand their advisory team.

The Role:

As a Mortgage Advisor, you will provide expert advice to a wide range of clients, helping them secure the best mortgage solutions to suit their needs. You will work closely with internal teams and lenders, providing a high standard of service while maintaining compliance and delivering excellent client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored mortgage advice based on individual client circumstances.
• Managing the full mortgage application process from initial consultation through to completion.
• Liaising with lenders, underwriters, and clients to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products and regulatory requirements.
• Meeting performance targets while ensuring all advice is fully compliant.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external partners.

Requirements:

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
• Previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor is required.
• Experience dealing with second charge secured loan mortgages is essential.
• Experience in underwriting and/or sales would be highly advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
• Driven, professional, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
