Quick Mortgages is a highly regarded, FCA Directly Authorised mortgage brokerage offering a comprehensive range of financial solutions, including residential mortgages, bridging loans, commercial & development finance, and insurance products.

We are expanding our specialist finance team and are looking for an experienced CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Advisor to join us in our Birmingham city centre office. All leads will be provided so no need to hunt for your own. If you have expertise in handling and placing residential mortgages and bridging finance cases and want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong earning potential, this is the role for you!

Your Role, as Mortgage Advisor, you will:

• Handle client telephone enquiries related to mortgages and bridging finance, identifying the best solutions to meet their needs.
• Assess and structure finance applications, ensuring cases are prepared and presented effectively to lenders for approval.
• Oversee the process from enquiry to completion, liaising with clients and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate client records within our CRM, ensuring compliance and efficient case management.
• Provide excellent service with a proactive approach, keeping all stakeholders informed throughout.

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP qualifiedCAS (or equivalent mortgage qualification).
• Experience in advising on residential mortgages.
• Bridging finance knowledge would be advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• A proactive mindset - someone who takes ownership of their pipeline and drives results.
