Fram is proud to partner with a respected and long-standing property business in South Cumbria. As part of their continued success—and following the planned retirement of a valued team member—they're looking to welcome a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Adviser to their team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a stable and supportive environment where all leads are provided, sourced from a loyal client base and an active, high-performing estate agency team. You’ll be delivering whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice to both new and existing clients, with a strong emphasis on relationship-building and long-term service.
What you’ll be doing:

• Developing warm leads provided through the estate agency and client referrals
• Guiding customers through the full mortgage and protection journey with expert, tailored advice
• Advising across a Whole of Market panel of lenders and insurers
• Ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused process from enquiry to completion
• Managing and supporting your dedicated Mortgage Administrator, including performance reviews
• Staying up to date with market changes, products, and regulations to maintain a high standard of advice

What we’re looking for:

• CeMAP qualified with a minimum of 1 year’s experience in a Mortgage Adviser role
• Confident and approachable, able to engage with clients from all walks of life
• Solid understanding of mortgage and protection products
• Organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
