Mortgage Advisor

They are looking for a mortgage advisor to join them in their Colchester office. They deal with all kinds of residential mortgages, including BTL, FTB, adverse credit, new build, self-employed and Equity Release (amongst others). Leads are provided from a range of sources, including developers, estate agencies and their large client bank - there is no requirement for self-gen.

Responsibilities as a Mortgage Advisor;

• Providing impartial advice to all customers on mortgage and protection products.
• Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
• Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience required as a Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified.
• Experience as a Mortgages and Protection advisor is essential.
