Mortgage Advisor

Due to expansion, our clients based in the Huntingdon area, are seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This opportunity offers an exciting opportunity to write Mortgage and Protection business in a well-respected Financial Services business.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
• 20% commission
• OTE £50,000 - £60,000

We are looking for candidates who possess previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor with a CeMAP qualification. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding of the mortgage product landscape and outstanding communication skills. You should be self-motivated, driven, and ready to deliver tailored advice to clients based on their unique financial situations and goals.

• Provide professional mortgage advice to clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Assess customer financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Remain up-to-date with mortgage products, industry guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle the mortgage application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver ongoing support and guidance to clients post-application to ensure satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve collective targets and goals.
