Mortgage Advisor

Due to expansion and an increase in business, our clients, an independent practice based in the Borehamwood area, are looking to recruit a Mortgage Advisor on an employed basis. The position will require an individual holding CeMAP qualifications and are happy to consider both trainee and experienced candidates

Our clients are offering this position on an office-based basis, with leads and training provided.

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday | 9:00 – 5:30
• On-call one day over the weekend from home, answering any calls which may come through (will then be classed as your lead)

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary up to £30,000
• For an applicant joining on a Trainee basis, a lower salary during a 6-month probation period, which will then increase.
• Fully uncapped commission scheme with a sizeable bonus scheme.
• OTE £40,000 - £60,000

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with high volume of 1st appointments and subsequent signups.
• Fully CeMAP
• Full UK Driving license.

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

• Writing Mortgage Business
• Referring candidates to Protection consultants (commission received on completion)
• Undertaking both face-to-face and telephone fact-finds as required.
• Diligent and focused on providing the highest level of mortgage advice and customer service to clients.
