Basic Salary: £28,000 to £32,000
On Target Earnings: £45,000 to £60,000

Are you an experienced Mortgage Advisor looking to join a reputable and forward-thinking estate agency? Our client, a leading independent estate agent, is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage Advisor to join their in-branch team, providing mortgage advice to clients across the 4 branch network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, tailored to their individual needs and financial circumstances.
• Conduct thorough fact-finds and affordability assessments in line with FCA regulations.
• Offer a full range of mortgage products from a panel of lenders, as well as protection and insurance options.
• Work closely with the sales team to deal with incoming leads and ensure a seamless customer journey from property search through to mortgage completion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all client files are maintained to compliance standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout the process.

The Ideal Candidate:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified with experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
• Proven track record in a mortgage sales role, ideally within an estate agency or broker environment.
• Strong understanding of the mortgage market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to generating business.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage a busy pipeline.
• A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred.
