Mortgage Advisor

Mortgage Advisor needed to join our Colchester based clients modern fast paced personal mortgage advisory service. We are looking for qualified mortgages Brokers from a few years’ experience up to Senior Mortgage Advisor with a wealth of experience. If you are a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor , possess at least 2 years’ experience and are keen to find that next new role send us your cv now.

The Role

• Advising on mortgages and protection products to new and existing clients
• Ensuring maintenance of compliance
• Helping & guiding clients through the mortgage process
• Achieving/Exceeding all agreed role targets & KPIs.
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience
• Attracting new customers and business, whilst being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
• Using your skills and knowledge to take customers through the entire mortgage service, including providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs.

• Stay up to date with the Mortgage market and trends
• Working Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week

The Person

• Must possess full CeMAP or equivalent qualification

• Experience in the whole mortgage and protection market

• Proven track record working within a targeted environment.

• Ability to put the customer first at all times

• Able to generate new business in a target driven environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success.

• Mortgage Advisor Competitive basic £25,000 - £30,000 pa (DOE) with a Realistic OTE £40 - £60k
