Job: Mortgage Advisor
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Basic Salary: up to£40,000 (depending on experience)
OTE: £75,000
Hours: 8:30am- 5:30pm Mon - Fri + every other Saturday, with a day on in the week in lieu

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a leading estate agency in Solihull. Leads will be generated in-house. Panel of 90+ lenders, + LV, Royal London, Aviva and more on Protection Panel

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices.
• Growing the business alongside (the owners) to expand to multiple advisor and lead providers.
• Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
• Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent).
• A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and contribute to the wider business.
