Mortgage Advisor
Skipton, BD23 - Hybird working (flexible)

• Full time, permanent
• Base salary of £28,000 with a competitive commission structure (OTE £60k)

The Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll play a key role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of situations. You’ll work closely with clients to assess their needs, recommend the best mortgage solutions, and provide ongoing support throughout the mortgage process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing expert mortgage advice to clients across a range of mortgage products
• Assessing clients’ financial situations and recommending suitable mortgage solutions
• Delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring clients are supported throughout the process
• Staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage products, regulations, and industry trends
• Managing a busy caseload, prioritising tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and lenders

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a motivated and professional Mortgage Advisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional service. If you have a good understanding of the mortgage market and thrive in a client-facing role, you’ll be an ideal fit for our team. About you:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Strong experience in the mortgage advice industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to client relationships and problem-solving
• A sound understanding of financial products and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond
