Mortgage Advisor

We are currently looking for a Mortgage Advisor to join our clients based in Basildon. This is a fantastic opportunity with numerous leads and the opportunity to write 10 Mortgages a month. If you are a driven and motivated Mortgage Advisor who wants to earn strong commission levels, please apply.

The successful Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• Basic Salary up to £30,000
• Strong Tiered Commission structure at 20%
• OTE £65,000 - £70,000
• Career Progression

Working hours:

• Full Time
• Monday – Friday

Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Driven to achieve targets and ability to offer excellent customer service.
• Ability to deal with 1st appointments and subsequent sign-ups.
• Full CeMAP qualifications and industry experience

Responsibilities for the role of Mortgage Advisor:

• Ability to convert leads into appointments and sign-ups.
• Giving face-to-face advice to potential buyers
• Writing Mortgage business
• Providing a high level of service in line with compliance
