Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Guaranteed Income for a Fixed Period
On Target Earnings: £60,000+ (Uncapped Commission)
Work Pattern: 5 Days per Week (2 Saturdays Off per Month)

• Competitive base salary of £28,000 - £30,000 plus uncapped commission

As a Mortgage Advisor, your day-to-day will include:

• Providing expert mortgage advice tailored to individual needs

• Promoting insurance products from Legal & General to enhance customer journeys

• Exceeding targets to maximise earnings and business growth

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with estate agents and clients

• Acting proactively to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines to give clients peace of mind

• Motivated by success, with a strong drive to meet and exceed goals

• CEMAP 3 qualified (or equivalent)

• Skilled in building and maintaining trusted relationships

• Resilient and capable of working under pressure

• Professional, articulate, and well-presented
