Mortgage Advisor

Our client area well established Financial Services organisation based on the outskirts of Lincoln. 

They are looking for a highly experienced professional with the ability to be able to understand the first charge mortgage market. You will be taking enquiries and placing them with the relevant lenders from a panel, assisting the administration team whilst ensuring there is a smooth process for each completion.

Role:

As a mortgage advisor you will be helping people find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what's available.

Working in a customer's best interests, it's down to you to find the best mortgage based on their situation and finances, and guide them through the whole process.

Main duties:

·Dealing with estate agents, valuers and mortgage lenders,

·Keeping up to date with the current market and laws

·Working closely with your clients

·Advising clients on the homebuying process

·Explaining about repayments and mortgage protection

·Offering a number of mortgage options primarily over the phone

·Selling related financial products such as buildings or life insurance

·Selling whole of market mortgages primarily over the phone

·Attending property industry events to generate leads

·Meeting targets

·Perform any additional duties/activities assigned by management.

Prerequisites:

·CeMAP or equivalent
