An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a growing estate agency group as a key business partner. This role offers not only excellent earning potential but also the chance to own a stake in the business but not the initial start-up costs, sharing in its long-term success.

• Consistent leads from the estate agency business with 3 offices.
• 50% of the deal value from leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients referred by the agency's three busy offices.
• Responsible for the day to day running of the business.
• Growing the business alongside (the owners) to expand to multiple advisors and lead providers.
• Build strong relationships with estate agency staff and clients to maximise lead conversion.
• Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance.
• Work closely with the business owners to contribute to the growth and strategy of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully qualified Mortgage Advisor (CeMAP or equivalent).
• A proven track record in mortgage sales and delivering exceptional client outcomes.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and contribute to the wider business.
