Job Title:Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
 
Target: Experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Advisor’s.

Location: OfficeBased in Chelmsford, Essex.
  
Rewards: Competitive Basic Salaries with a Year 1 OTE of £70,000, inc Benefits.
  
Incentives: Unrivalled Commission of up-to 35%, with zero threshold and a £3000 PA Car allowance.
 
Hours of Work. 5 Days across a 6 day rota.
  
Start Bonus*: Earn commission at the point business its written and start on the rate that corresponds with your previous roles historical performance.  
  
Basic: Full Time Employed. (2 Roles Available)

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers, adhering to the excellent customer services expectations.
• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients looking to purchase and/or remortgage properties
• Motivated to attract new clients and business yourself.
• Provide exceptional client care and guide them through the application process, ensuring a stress-free experience.
• Stay up to date with the mortgage market and latest trends.  

Skills and experience for this Mortgage Advisor role:

• Proven track record of generating high levels of mortgage business; achieving and exceeding targets, ensuring clients are adequately protected.
• CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in modern technology to enhance client service delivery and satisfaction.
• Minimum 24-months experience as a Mortgage Advisor, preferably within Specialist Lending.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
