Mortgage & Protection Adviser

We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our multi award-winning team based in Salford.

This is an exceptional opportunity in which to utilise your in-depth knowledge and understanding of financial services. You will play a key role in guiding clients through their mortgage application process. You’ll ensure they receive expert, tailored advice to meet their individual circumstances, allowing them to make informed decision on the right mortgage products for them.

Our ideal candidate will be CeMap qualified, ideally with CAS status and have a proven track record within a similar role. Role of Mortgage & Protection Advisor:

• Working closely with a busy estate agent, dealing with pre-qualified mortgage leads
• Assess clients' financial situations to identify suitable mortgage options
• Provide expert advice on "whole of market" mortgage products
• Providing tailored protection advice including life, critical illness, and income protection
• Liaising with lenders to facilitate/expedite the approval process, offering regular updates to clients
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
• Working closely with our in-house financial advisor, offering an additional service to clients if required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and changes in mortgage regulations
• Working with attention to detail, maintaining high compliance standards under FCA guidelines
