My client is looking for dynamic, CeMAP-qualified professional to join their growing team — someone who thrives on providing outstanding customer service while earning uncapped commission in a supportive, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Be Great At:

• Building instant rapport with clients and tailoring advice to their unique needs

• Communicating confidently across phone, email, in-person and social media video

• Multitasking like a pro — you’ll manage your diary, pipeline, and client care effortlessly

• Maintaining regular contact with vendors, buyers, and developers to maximise business

• Working hand-in-hand with your branch team to drive referrals and share success

• Owning your KPIs and actively seeking new opportunities

• Being camera-confident and engaging with your audience across digital platforms

Your Day-to-Day:

• Build and nurture your own client relationships and business pipeline

• Maximise in-branch and self-generated opportunities

• Deliver a seamless mortgage and protection experience in collaboration with estate agency, admin, and compliance teams

• Follow up warm leads and deliver best-in-class client service from start to finish

What You’ll Need:

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification ideally 1+ years but trainees considered

• A proven track record in mortgage and protection advising

• Drive, ambition, and a customer-first mindset
