Offering a superb opportunity to be a self-employed Mortgage and Protection Adviser, with generous commission splits and a source of high-quality leads to be capitalised upon, alongside developing your own business development strategy. The business will offer financial support to enable the transition into a self-employed role, if required. You will also be supported by an exceptional marketing team and administrative team and will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own appointments and schedule.

What’s involved in the role:

• You will be dealing with client mortgage enquiries via a range of sources and will be responsible for managing the subsequent customer journey end to end.
• You will be responsible for booking appointments, fact finding, research and recommendation and building outstanding client rapport to generate future business.
• Ensuring the most effective and advice process, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
• Following up on leads promptly and maximising opportunities to convert referrals.
• You will benefit from both flexible working options and ongoing training and development.
• You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value a quality service.
• You will be provided with leads from an existing client base and will also be supported to undertake pro-active business development work, and advertising, to generate your own leads.
• You will have access to a wide range of mortgage providers and will be responsible for managing cases from start to finish.

This opportunity will suit a pro-active Mortgage and Protection Adviser who is able to build valuable and lasting relationships based on trust. You must be professional, self-motivated and confident to work independently.

We can consider experienced Mortgage Advisers at all levels, and you will receive a generous share of commission and will have earning potential that is totally uncapped.
