Role

• Provide training and support to estate agency colleagues
• Explain Mortgage & Insurance products to clients in a simple & clear way
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Meet & exceed sales targets
• Maintain excellent existing & new client relationships
• Source the best products for your clients circumstances
• Guide clients through the process from the start until the finish in an empathetic way

Requirements

• CeMap 1, 2 & 3 or industry equivalent
• Ambition to be the best
• Excellent communication skills - both in writing and face to face
