Location: Hamilton (Office-Based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)
On-Target Earnings: £65,000 - £85,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you a driven and experienced CeMAP qualified Mortgage Adviser looking for a high-earning, fast-paced role within a reputable and growing financial services firm?

We are working alongside Clyde Financial, part of the respected Clyde Property group, looking for an ambitious and motivated Mortgage Adviser to join their expanding team in Hamilton. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, dynamic office environment, delivering whole of market mortgage and insurance advice to a diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' financial circumstances to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
* Provide expert, unbiased advice across a broad spectrum of mortgage solutions.
* Support clients throughout the application process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth experience.
* Stay informed of market developments, regulations, and financial product changes.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry stakeholders.
* Offer exceptional aftercare to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.

What We're Looking For

* CeMAP qualified with at least 1 year of experience advising on whole of market mortgages.
* Experience in personal insurance is preferred but not essential.
* Comfortable handling a high volume of cases with precision and care.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
* Organised and efficient - you'll be working in a fast-moving environment and expected to keep up!
