Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Core day to day duties will include:

• Responsibility for managing customer enquiries and following up on leads promptly

• Managing the Mortgage advice process end to end

• Responsibility for conducting a thorough fact find, carrying out the required product research and providing a suitable recommendation

• Working with customers to explore their longer-term protection needs and preferences; guiding them through a full suite of products and services

• Building outstanding client rapport to achieve high levels of protection conversion and generating positive reviews and securing future business

• You will be building and nourishing relationships with clients who really value quality service

• You will be provided with leads from varied sources but will also be obtaining referrals and maximising other new business opportunities

• You will have access to whole of market mortgage advice and will be responsible for cases from start to finish with the support of an administration team

• You will benefit from varied and flexible working options but ideally will spend at least one day per week in the office
