Key responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets, demonstrating a results-driven approach to meet and exceed business goals.
• Strictly adhere to the established sales structure, ensuring the highest standards of advice quality and compliance guidance are maintained at all times.
• Provide comprehensive advice on general insurance, mortgage options, and personal protection, aligning solutions with customer needs.
• Initiate contact with customers to recover missed opportunities and explore potential avenues for business development.
• Convert booked appointments into tangible business opportunities, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
• Work seamlessly with the estate agency team to actively promote mortgage and financial services business.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in mortgage and financial services advisory roles.- 18 months +
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.
• In-depth knowledge of general insurance, mortgages, and personal protection products.
• Compliance-conscious, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and guidelines.
