Job Title: Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Location: Office based (Newcastle)

Base Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £75,000

I’m working with a leading name in the property and financial services sector, and we’re looking for a driven Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the team in Newcastle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CeMAP (or equivalent) who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and target-driven environment.

You’ll need to:

• Be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
• Mortgage & Protection Advisor experience
• Have the confidence to generate new business
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Be resilient, positive, and detail-focused
• Have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Be IT literate and hold a full UK driving licence

Key responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues
• Guide customers through the full mortgage and protection journey
• Provide tailored advice on products and services
• Contribute to team success and share best practice
