Mortgage & Protection Adviser (Full-Time)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Adviser seeking a role that offers a fantastic work/life balance. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice within an estate agency environment.
• Generate and manage new business in a target-driven setting.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.
• Collaborate effectively with estate agency colleagues to identify and maximise referral opportunities.
• Maintain a high standard of compliance in line with FCA and Network regulations.
• Manage cases through to completion with the support of a dedicated admin and case progression team.

Candidate Profile:
• Fully qualified with CeMAP or an industry-recognised equivalent.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets in the mortgage sector.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment.

Package:
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses (OTE £50k-£60k+).
• Guaranteed monthly payments while building your pipeline (for up to 6 months).
• Monday to Friday working hours only - no weekends.
• Full support with leads, administration, compliance, and IT.
