About the Mortgage Broker Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll manage warm, pre-qualified leads and help clients navigate the best mortgage solutions. But this isn’t just another broking role - you’ll be trained to transition into Commercial Finance, opening doors to higher-value deals and bigger commissions.

Mortgage Broker Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising clients on residential and commercial mortgage solutions
  • Managing high-quality, pre-qualified leads - no cold calling!
  • Progressing cases from application to completion with full administrative support
  • Developing your expertise in Commercial Property Finance through hands-on training
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and clients

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience as a Mortgage Broker within a regulated environment
  • Proven track record of success in mortgage sales
  • Willingness to develop knowledge within Commercial Property Finance
  • Confident and articulate communicator with a professional and friendly approach
  • Motivated to succeed in a fast-paced, high-reward environment
