London | Full-Time | £35,000 - £50,000 base + OTE £90,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

We're on the hunt for a Bridging Finance Loan Broker to manage applications from enquiry to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team within a directly FCA-authorised brokerage.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage / broker advising or a similar financial services role
• Background in bridging, BTL, refurb, or development finance
• Proven ability to manage the full lending process
• Strong sales and customer service experience
• CeMAP qualified or equivalent (preferred, not essential)
• Passion for property investment and commercial finance
• Self-motivated problem solver with a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships
• A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
