What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
• Source and recommend suitable mortgage and protection products from a wide panel of lenders
• Guide clients through the full mortgage journey—from initial consultation to completion
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender criteria, market trends, and compliance standards
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, estate agents, and introducers

What We’re Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified - essential
• Proven experience as a mortgage adviser or broker
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
