Mortgage Broker

• £30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
• £70,000 - £90,000 OTE
• Flexible Working after probation

We have a hugely successful and innovative Mortgage Brokerage in Colchester who are on the lookout for an experienced Mortgage Broker.

Our client is looking for someone high calibre, who comes with a proven track record and the fire in the belly to be the absolute best at what they do.

This brokerage are incredibly successful, forward thinking and modern. With exponential growth over the past couple of years, our client doesn't have plans to stop and now needs more great people to join them on the journey.

On offer will be a basic salary between £30,000 - £35,000, very realistic on target earnings of £70,000 - £90,000 (their other brokers are all earning this level) plus after 6 months you will then be able to have some flexible and hybrid working.

The right candidate will...

• Have ideally 2 years active broker experience
