Our client is expanding their overseas operations within the UAE and are looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser who has experience of structuring commercial finance deals from Residential Development, Commercial Investment and Residential Property Portfolio’s.

This is a great opportunity offering unlimited potential for a motivated and highly professional Mortgage Adviser / Mortgage Broker to service clients financing property in Abu Dhabi and overseas property investment.

Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 year’s mortgage broking / mortgage advising experience.
• Professional level in English - written and verbal
• Professional competency in Arabic and / or Urdu
• Understanding of HNW lending, including complex mortgages, residential development and commercial finance lending.
• Private banking or independent mortgage experience essential
• Highly ambitious, driven and professional
• Excellent communication skills - written and oral
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
