• Maintain detailed, accurate records and documentation

• Provide outstanding service and act as a key point of contact throughout the process

Profile

• Previous experience in a mortgage administration or case management role

• Strong knowledge of the mortgage process, ideally with experience in high-value/complex cases

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Confident working independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
