What You’ll Be Doing as a Mortgage Case Manager:

• Package and process secured loan applications with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify applicant information, including income, credit history, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance throughout the loan process.
• Liaise with lenders and resolve queries efficiently to ensure smooth progression of cases.
• Guide customers through each stage of the mortgage journey with clear, professional communication.
• Build strong relationships with clients, maintaining high standards of service and care.
• Work towards performance targets while delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Stay up to date with financial regulations and industry best practices.

• Basic salary up to £32,000, with on-target earnings of £45,000.
