Mortgage Consultant Newcastle

• OTE £60K to £80K Uncapped commission
• Full CeMAP or industry equivalent qualification required

We’re on the lookout for a driven, qualified Mortgage Services Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency brand. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with estate agency colleagues, offering training and ongoing support to drive business success. You’ll attract new customers while working towards professional goals in a target-driven environment. Your role will involve guiding clients through the full mortgage process, offering expert advice across a range of products tailored to meet individual needs. You’ll also be expected to contribute to regular branch meetings, sharing best practice and fostering a collaborative approach.
To be considered, you’ll need to hold a full CeMAP or equivalent qualification. You’ll be confident generating new business, and bring a proven background in customer service within a sales-focused environment. This role calls for someone resilient, detail-oriented, highly organised, and positive in approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is IT literacy. You must also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
