I am working with a well-established mortgage brokerage looking for an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner with administration experience.

You’ll be part of a supportive and close-knit team that works collaboratively to ensure clients receive the best mortgage advice and services. The business encourages professional development and a strong team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Mortgage Advisors and Brokers with the preparation and submission of mortgage applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process.

• Conduct thorough research into client financial situations and liaise with lenders to identify the most suitable mortgage options.

• Prepare detailed reports and analysis to support Mortgage Advisors and Brokers in their client presentations and recommendations.

• Maintain accurate client records and ensure adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.

• Build strong communication skills by liaising with clients, lenders, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate the mortgage process.

• Submitting and tracking mortgage applications using mortgage advisor-based CRMs.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a mortgage brokerage

• Familiarity with mortgage advisor-based CRMs

• CeMAP qualification is beneficial but not essential

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels

• Organised and detail-oriented problem solver

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
