CORE Talent Solutions is delighted to be partnering with our growing financial services client hiring a Mortgage and Protection Specialist to join them in their Glasgow site, and across their branch network in Scotland.

Key responsibilities of the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
Offer expert advice on mortgage products
Assist clients in the mortgage application process
Manage paperwork and liaise with lenders
Offer advice on suitable protection products such as life insurance, critical illness, and income protection
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Proactively engage potential clients through warm leads, while developing your own network through client referrals

Key skills or background required for the Mortgage & Protection Broker:
Professional qualification or equivalent is essential (CeMAP or CII)
Experience delivering regulated Mortgage & Protection advice
Extensive knowledge of mortgage products and lending criteria across the market
Strong communication skills to build long-lasting client relationships
