Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving performance and developing talent? We’re seeking an experienced Mortgage Sales Manager to lead a team of 12 Mortgage & Protection Advisors within a thriving, corporate brokerage environment.

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of 12 advisors to exceed performance targets and KPIs.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, observations, and one-to-one coaching sessions.
• Drive a high-performance culture focused on customer excellence and compliance.
• Monitor and analyse team metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with business strategy.

• Proven experience in mortgage sales leadership.
• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products.
