Job Description - Mortgage Support

Location: Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (FTE) + Attractive Benefits
Hours: Part-time (21 hours per week, flexible)

What They’re Looking For:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a mortgage administration position within an independent setting
  • CeMAP or CII Mortgage Advice qualified (or currently studying towards it)
  • Confident with IT systems, written correspondence, and numerical tasks
  • Strong organisational skills and a personable manner
  • High attention to detail with a client-first mindset
Your Main Duties:
You will be an integral part of the mortgage operations team – maintaining client files, overseeing application progress, and acting as a key liaison between clients, lenders, and legal professionals to keep everything on track.

You’ll also be a valuable support to advisers – assisting with research, managing administrative responsibilities, and helping prepare for client consultations. Producing well-structured, professional documentation will be essential to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation.
