MOT Technician

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of MOT Tester / Service Technician at their established independent garage in Redbourn, Hertfordshire. This role offers an excellent MOT Tester / Service Technicianopportunity for a skilled professional to join a reputable team in a friendly, family-run environment.

Benefits:

Up to £40,000 salary depending on experience
Monday to Friday, 8:15 am – 5:30 pm
One in three Saturdays, 8:15 am – 12:30 pm
Supportive work environment with ongoing training and development

Conduct MOT testing in accordance with legal and manufacturer guidelines
Perform routine vehicle servicing and inspections
Assist in diagnosing vehicle faults and providing effective solutions
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work carried out
Ensure all work meets high safety and compliance standards
Work efficiently to meet daily targets and customer expectationsRequirements:

Proven experience as an MOT Tester / Service Technician
Valid MOT Tester certification
Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and servicing procedures
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
