MOT Tester

Pertemps Daventry is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy and well-established Automotive Garage based in Daventry.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified MOT Tester looking to secure a long-term position with a supportive employer offering excellent career prospects.

The Role as an MOT Tester, you will be responsible for carrying out MOT inspections in line with DVSA standards while ensuring vehicles are tested safely and efficiently. You will also work closely with the workshop team to maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out Class 4 MOT tests in accordance with DVSA regulations.
Accurately complete all MOT documentation and records.
Identify and report any defects or repair requirements.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Work effectively as part of the workshop team to meet daily targets.What We're Looking For
Level 3 Qualification in Vehicle Mechanics (essential).
Valid MOT Tester licence.
Previous experience working within a busy workshop.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude and strong work ethic.What's on Offer?
Salary of up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
