Motor Claims Handler - Team Lead

We are working with the Multinational Loss Adjusting firm to recruit an entire Motor TPA sub-team for their Liverpool or Leeds office. They require a Motor Claims Handler Team Lead with specialists experience in RTA, PI Motor Claims. On a daily basis you will manage a portfolio of complex claims investigations cradle to grave including actioning internal loss adjusters, stakeholder updating and policy coverage review/consultation. You will also oversee daily operations for a small team of claims handlers ensuring KPI's and targets are reached whilst also playing in a pivotal role in their career development.

What you'll be doing?

• Servicing Motor and RTA claims alongside field based surveyors and field engineers.
• Review and manage policyholder cover disputes to suitable outcomes.
• Negotiate settlement of claims ensuring correct action is taken.
• Assist in the management of pre litigation of claims.
• Handle all claims in accordance with compliance and procedure.
• Manage a small team of handlers to targets.

What you'll need to apply?

• A minimum of 5 years experience of handling Motor, RTA and Personal Injury claims.
