Your new role
In your new role as a Paralegal or Litigation Executive specialising in Casualty or Motor Fraud, you'll take ownership of your own caseload, managing files from inception through to resolution. The work involves a dynamic mix of cases, including exaggerated claims, staged incidents, and complex organised fraud-tailored to match your level of experience and expertise.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must be an experienced paralegal with comprehensive litigation expertise or a litigation executive. A solid background in casualty litigation is essential, and candidates with experience handling litigated matters involving RTA, credit hire, fraud, and casualty will be particularly valued.
