Motor Vehicle Lecturer

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our client's dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to teach students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 2, and to play a crucial role in the expansion and development of the department. Day-to-day of the role:

• Teach motor vehicle courses to students from Level 1 to Level 2.
• Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
• Inspire students using your industry experience, supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.
• Play a key role in promoting motor vehicle courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing your experiences as a lecturer.
• Maintain efficient administration to support good student record-keeping.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way.
• Efficient administration skills to support student record-keeping.
