We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join our team. This role involves teaching students of varying abilities, from Level 1 to Level 3, and playing a crucial role in the expansion and development of the department. With your industry experience, you will inspire the next generation of skilled experts and support individuals from diverse backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions.

• Teach and mentor students across Level 1 to Level 3 in Motor Vehicle courses.
• Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education.
• Inspire students using your valuable industry experience, helping them to understand real-world applications of their studies.
• Play a key role in promoting Motor Vehicle courses, participating in marketing events, and sharing your professional experiences.
• Engage with students and colleagues to foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

• Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience as a Mechanic.
• Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
• Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging manner.
• Efficient administration skills to maintain accurate student records and support departmental needs.
