The college is committed to delivering practical, industry-relevant education within a supportive environment, helping learners develop the technical skills they need for their future careers.

The Role

As a Motor Vehicle Technician, you will support learners within the motor vehicle department, including:

Assisting with practical workshop sessions

Demonstrating practical techniques and instructions

Supporting learners with workshop activities

Helping students develop their practical skills

Maintaining a safe, organised and effective learning environment

✅ The Successful Motor Vehicle Technician Will Have:

Relevant qualifications or industry experience within Motor Vehicle

Practical experience working within the motor vehicle industry

Confidence demonstrating practical techniques and instructions to learners

A strong understanding of workshop practices and health & safety

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage FE learners

A flexible and positive approach to supporting students and teaching staff
