In this role, you will deliver motor vehicle training to groups of apprentices and full-time learners. You'll provide practical, hands-on guidance alongside classroom-based support, ensuring learners gain the skills and knowledge to succeed in the automotive industry.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle (or similar) and have solid experience working in the motor trade. Previous teaching experience is not required, as full training and qualifications will be provided.

This role would suit an experienced vehicle technician or automotive professional who wants to make a real impact by sharing their skills with the next generation, while working for an employer that truly invests in its people.

The Role:

• Based in Crawley, Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours/week
• Delivering motor vehicle training (maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, repair)
• Full teacher training provided
• Supporting apprentices and full-time learners to achieve their qualifications
• Providing practical demonstrations, guidance, and mentoring

The Person:

• Vocational qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Strong, hands-on industry experience within the automotive sector
• Organised, with good communication and mentoring skills
• Passionate about training and developing others
