Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 OTE
Working Pattern: Tuesday to Saturday (5-day week)

We are working on behalf of a leading motorcycle dealership seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their busy team. Representing a range of high-performance motorcycle brands, the business prides itself on delivering first-class service to a loyal customer base of riders and enthusiasts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for motorcycles and experience in aftersales or service advising who is looking to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Efficiently manage the daily workshop schedule to ensure optimum productivity
Process warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes
Handle customer communication and follow-ups throughout the service process
Maximise upselling opportunities for service work, accessories, and parts
Maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction in line with brand expectations
Provide a friendly and professional front-of-house experience for all visitors
Ideal Candidate

1-2 years' experience in an aftersales or service advisor role (motorcycle or automotive)
A motorcycle licence is desirable but not essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident multitasker with great time management
Self-motivated and able to work independently
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Working Hours

Summer (1st April - 30th September):
Tuesday - Friday: 08:30 - 18:00
Saturday: 08:30 - 18:00
Winter (1st October - 31st March):
Tuesday - Friday: 08:30 - 17:00
Saturday: 08:30 - 16:30
