We're searching for a Hire Fleet Road Tester to become an essential part of our dedicated team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham, Surrey. If you have a keen eye for quality, thrive on maintaining top-tier motorcycles, and enjoy ensuring excellence in road testing, this is the perfect role for you!

🛠️ Main Duties:

• Conduct road tests on hire fleet motorcycles following workshop maintenance procedures.


• Perform basic motorcycle maintenance, quality control, and fleet cleaning tasks.


• Ensure motorcycles leaving the workshop meet the highest standards of safety and serviceability.


• Support the Hire Fleet output targets by helping maintain top-quality assurance.


• Collaborate with teams to drive quality improvements and lower error rates.


• Assist with motorcycle movement and preparation on-site.

🚀 Key Skills:

• Strong attention to detail—maintaining a right-first-time ethos.


• Ability to identify mechanical or service issues in completed motorcycles.


• Physically fit and self-motivated with a dedicated work ethic.


• A full UK motorcycle license and confidence riding a variety of models.


• Team player attitude with a collaborative mindset.

• Start Times: 8am to 530pm


• Hours: Monday to Friday


• Salary: £28,000 to £31,000


• Contract: Full-time
