Motorcycle Sales Manager

Lead and motivate the motorcycle sales team at a prominent Christchurch dealership
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and surpass targets
Manage the sale of new and used motorcycles, including stock presentation and inventory control
Promote and upsell parts, accessories, clothing, warranty, and GAP products
Effectively use enquiry management technology and CRM systems to enhance customer engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, community, and marketing teams
Coordinate and facilitate summer motorcycle promotional events
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Foster a positive team environment that encourages engagement and professionalismRequirements of a Motorcycle Sales Manager:

Proven experience as a Motorcycle Sales Manager or in a senior sales role within the motor trade
Demonstrable leadership and team management skills
Genuine passion for motorcycles and delivering exceptional customer service
Full UK Motorcycle Licence is essential
Flexibility to work Saturdays and participate in promotional activities
Knowledge of CRM systems and digital sales processes
