Job DescriptionAs the Mutt family continues to grow globally, we are looking for a Motorcycle Sales & Retail Manager for our Birmingham store. This is an exciting role for a hands-on, all-round retail-focused individual to develop and run motorcycle and product sales at our flagship HQ showroom. As Motorcycle Sales & Retail Manager at Mutt Motorcycles, you will be responsible for looking after motorcycle and product sales and stock at our Birmingham HQ store and showroom, along with overseeing our front-of-house activities, and after-sales and customer service in a wide-ranging, hands-on sales & retail management role.We’re looking for someone with experience in managing motorcycle sales in a customer-facing environment, alongside experience in managing a sales area or team. Knowledge of retail sales is desirable, but not essential.You will need to be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and customer service skills, and a real passion for motorcycle or vehicle sales. An ability to forecast sales, manage stock, and set and meet targets is essential. Knowledge of relative legislation for vehicle sales is also key.Looking after sales comes with a requirement to understand finances, be good with the numbers, and know your way around a spreadsheet, so relative skills and experience in these areas are also essential. It is preferable that you have a full driving licence, preferably with your own transport, and can travel as needed. Ideally you will have at least a CBT/A1 motorcycle license or the intention to achieve one.Mutt Motorcycle is a growing, entrepreneurial business, with a tight-knit team ethos.
