Provide expert advice to customers regarding motorcycle servicing options and parts
Manage workshop bookings efficiently and liaise with the sales team about motorbike preparations
Cost jobs accurately and raise invoices accordingly
Assist customers with technical questions and vehicle maintenance
Promote retention products to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
Support the smooth operation of the service department and contribute to a positive team environmentRequirements of a Motorcycle Service Advisor:

A genuine passion for motorcycles
Full motorcycle licence is advantageous
Previous experience in a similar motorcycle or automotive service role
Proficient IT skills, with experience using DMS systems such as Kerridge being beneficial
Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and building lasting customer relationships
