Role Overview:

As a Motorcycle Technician in our premium franchised dealership, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most well-known brands in the motorcycle market. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and repair modern motorcycles using current diagnostic equipment. Additionally, you will engage with customers, provide clear technical explanations, and ensure their satisfaction. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow working instructions and procedures as briefed by the Aftersales Manager.


• Strive to deliver the highest quality and productivity standards.


• Log all work using the dealer management system or other applicable systems.


• Follow repair instructions on job cards for each assigned vehicle.


• Complete operational Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (M.E.T.) tasks efficiently and accurately.


• Conduct quality checks on completed work and ensure compliance with technician checks.


• Test ride vehicles after completing M.E.T. tasks or as directed.


• Present vehicles for inspection and rectify any defects found during repair.


• Discuss day-to-day questions and problems with the Aftersales Manager for resolution.


• Undertake other duties and follow reasonable instructions provided by the Aftersales Manager.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience working with modern motorcycles and current diagnostic equipment.


• Clear communication skills with the ability to provide technical explanations to customers.


• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.


• Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
